An online tool for reviewing human resource strategy in SMEs - because Investors value good management
Human Capital Report is an online assessment tool to identify the value and potential of your people.
Built with Django the website is based on the results of PhD research. It takes your assessment of your current performance and maps it against benchmark and best practice data, providing both online and PDF reports. The site is seemlessly integrated with Stripe to manage online payments.
It is a website that generates two 'deliverables'.
The first deliverable (debate and rate): A comprehensive Review of current practices
You focus on 12 human capital Factors, each consisting of 5 to 9 Descriptors - generating systematic debate into, and rating of, your current approach to people management.
If you take notes during your Review you may decide to decline the second deliverable.
The second deliverable: A Report comparing your strengths and opportunities for improvement
The Report uses your ratings made during ‘Review’ to:
- Generate a ‘Radar map of your ratings
- List your strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Extract key workforce financial ratios
- Compare your Factor scores with benchmarks
- Link to a format for developing your people management strategy.
