I'm a locksmith & I need a professional super cool responsive website for my new business idea. I want domestic customers to be able to book and pay on-line for fixed priced jobs like changing the locks. We will conduct all the work for our area and I plan to subcontract the jobs that are out of my area (nationally eventually) through the website (so the subbies will need a log-in area). I love the format of anyjunk.co.uk and would like something similar.
There are 3 access levels to the site.
Customers can enter their postcode, find a local locksmith, identify the items they require and book a morning, afternoon or evening timeslot. They pay a deposit with the remainder due on completion of work.
Contractors are authorised by Admin. The can register their location and how far they are willing to travel for work. The Google Maps API is then used to calculate travel times to the customer's location and book a slot in the work schedule. On site the Contractor will take before and after photos of the work completed which is stored against the job. If the customer ordered the incorrect set of items, these are amended at this stage and then the customer signs electronically and the remaining funds are taken from their account.
Admin have access to authorise Contractors, set the commission rate, add locks and services and their associated prices.
|1. Select you locks||2. Choose a timeslot||3. Confirm your address details||4. Confirm order and pay deposit.|
